Dragon's Dogma 2 Dark Arisen Release Date Guide

Capcom describes it as paid expansion content adding a new story to the March 2024 game. The shared name does not make the original Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen walkthroughs interchangeable with this expansion.

Use Capcom’s announcement to confirm the platform. Then check your platform’s listing for the package description and local availability. The Switch 2 combined package is explicitly confirmed; do not assume every edition on every platform includes the expansion.

The announcement gives a date, not a worldwide hour-by-hour unlock schedule. Check the listing shown in your own region before expecting access. No frame-rate target, dungeon count, new-vocation count or specific equipment list is established by the announcement used here.

The announced date answers when the expansion is scheduled, but it does not establish the same unlock hour in every region. The platform list tells you which version to look for. Open the store used by your account and compare the edition name before purchasing. If its availability differs from the announced calendar date, use the local listing rather than treating this page as an unlock countdown.

The Switch 2 package is described as including the base game and expansion. That package statement is not evidence that every other edition has the same contents. If you already own the game on another platform, check whether the listing is for the expansion or a combined edition. Do not buy a second base-game copy solely because a video lists a bundle.

Pending confirmation: precise regional unlock times, current performance figures and detailed expansion entry requirements. The checked preview contains a price table, but prices are outside this page’s verified scope. An announced release date also does not demonstrate that a particular account has downloaded or entered the expansion. Use the platform’s availability and package details for that purchase decision.
