Dragon's Dogma 2 Jadeite Orb: Location & Choices

Everard and Offulve both want the Jadeite Orb. The archived quest guide places Everard near Celeste’s Smithy and Offulve around The Sword and Staff. Speak to both so you understand why the quest has more than one delivery decision. A payment from one recipient does not necessarily mean you have resolved the other request.

Everard takes the submitted orb to Ibrahim for inspection. With a genuine orb, follow the interaction and wait for the result. A fake hand-in leads to a deception branch involving bribery, and failure to deceive him can bring the guards into the encounter. Do not treat the imitation as interchangeable with the genuine item for this recipient.

Check whether you have spoken to both requesting NPCs and dealt with the remaining request. The archived guide describes resolving Offulve’s request separately after Everard’s hand-in. If you still have an orb, compare its item name with the genuine or imitation option in the delivery menu. Do not assume that having purchased an orb alone completes Hunt for the Jadeite Orb.

Pending confirmation: a single complete reward total across all branches in later builds. The archived web page gives inconsistent combined totals and leaves some reward fields unfinished. The video’s claims about assassination timing, guaranteed consequences and recovery after reviving an NPC are not used as instructions here. This guide therefore explains location and recipient checks without promising maximum profit, a fixed timer or a save-reset strategy.
